Terms & Conditions

By downloading or using CoverPoint, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. License & Access

 

 

Access to the App is limited to authenticated users with approved email addresses.

Licenses are granted on a per-user basis and may be subject to usage limitations.

2. Trial Version

 

 

The App includes a trial or freemium version intended for:

 

  • Evaluating compatibility with hardware

  • Testing workflow suitability

 

Trial Version is only meant for Testing and Trial Purposes. It cannot be used for any Commercial Assignments.

Users are encouraged to verify hardware compatibility before purchasing additional features.

3. Hardware & System Requirements

 

 

The App requires:

 

  • A compatible video source and capture device for full functionality

  • Webcam input may be used for testing purposes

 

 

Support for third-party video capture hardware may vary by platform and is not guaranteed.

4. License Validation

 

 

Periodic internet access is required to:

 

  • Verify license status

  • Maintain authenticated sessions

 

 

Loss of connectivity may temporarily restrict certain features until verification is restored.

​

5. Feature Access After License Expiry

 

 

If a license expires:

 

  • Existing match data and reports remain accessible

  • Creation of new matches will be restricted

  • Some features maybe restricted at the developers discretion

 

 

Deleting previously created matches does not restore usage limits.

​​

 

6. Data Ownership

 

 

Users retain ownership of all locally stored match data.

The Developer does not claim ownership of user-created content but may request data access for Analysis and Study.

7. Lifetime Version

 

 

The App includes a Lifetime version:

 

  • User gets a Lifetime Version with all future Updates for CoverPoint v1 only

  • CoverPoint v1 will continue to receive Feature Update even after CoverPoint v2 is released in the future

  • CoverPoint v2 will not be a part of the Lifetime License and additional fees will apply

 

Lifetime Version is only meant for Individual Analysts. It cannot be used for any Associations or Organisations.

8. Prohibited Activities

 

 

Users may not:

 

  • Attempt to bypass licensing mechanisms

  • Modify or interfere with app security features

  • Use the App in an unauthorized or abusive manner

 

 

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of access.

​​

 

9. App Availability & Support

 

 

The App is developed and maintained by a single independent developer.

While best efforts are made to provide updates and fixes:

 

  • Feature development timelines are not guaranteed

  • Immediate support may not always be available

​

​​

 

10. Promotional Use

 

 

Screenshots, anonymised statistics, or general usage descriptions may be used for promotional or educational purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

 

 

The App is provided “as is.”

The Developer is not responsible for:

 

  • Hardware incompatibility

  • Data loss due to system failure

  • Missed analytical outcomes or business decisions

​

​​

 

12. Modifications

 

 

The Developer reserves the right to update these Terms. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
