Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for purchasing CoverPoint.

 

Please read this Refunds & Cancellation Policy carefully before making any payment.​

 

1. Refund Policy

​

All payments made for CoverPoint licenses, feature unlocks, or upgrades are final and non-refundable.

 

Once payment is completed:

 

• No refunds will be issued

• No partial refunds will be provided

• No prorated cancellations are available

This applies to:

 

• Full License purchases

• Feature upgrades

• Match limit extensions

• Direct payments made to the Developer

2. Trial Version Responsibility*

 

Users are strongly encouraged to:

 

• Use the Trial/Freemium version before purchasing

• Test hardware compatibility (video capture cards, webcams, system performance)

• Ensure the App meets their workflow requirements

By purchasing a license, you confirm that you have evaluated the App to your satisfaction.​

* Only for Students of Devraj Raut's Cricket Analysis Courses.

 

 

3. App Store Purchases

​

If the purchase is made through the Apple App Store:

 

• Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple

• The Developer does not process or control App Store refunds

• Apple’s refund policies will apply

4. License Activation

​

Once a license is:

 

• Approved

• Activated

• Linked to your email and device

​

The service is considered delivered in full.

 

Digital license delivery constitutes completion of the transaction.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

 

Refunds may only be considered in the event of:

 

• Duplicate payment due to technical error

• Proven billing mistake by the Developer

 

Any such cases will be reviewed at the Developer’s sole discretion.

6. Cancellation

 

CoverPoint licenses are not subscription-based unless explicitly stated.

If subscription features are introduced in the future:

 

• Cancellation will stop future billing

• No refunds will be issued for past billing cycles​

 

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

​

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting the Developer first may result in:

 

• Immediate license suspension

• Permanent blocking from future purchases

8. Policy Updates

​

The Developer reserves the right to update this policy at any time.

Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.​
